This service is provided with a full introductory consultation so we can create a vision and strategy specifically crafted to what clients are looking for.  In this package, I walk with the clients room to room and offer professional opinions as to what will appeal to the largest pool of buyers. I go over popular trends/color schemes, what we want in photos versus an open house, tips to de-clutter and how to prioritize the home owners to-do list. I stage with the clients provided art, accessories, etc. only. As well as help re-arrange furniture if accessible.

With a blank slate, a vacant home-staging is the perfect way to create a vision that will appeal to the largest pool of buyers. With a minimalistic and clean approach, staging will add some sparkle to all listing photos and open houses. In this package, all inventory including furniture, art, and accessories are provided. I offer an all- inclusive package with the option to include additional rooms for an upgraded fee.
